Sideways is looking for restaurants to operate at the festival on June 8th-10th 2023. We offer both tent and food truck places. As before, Sideways’ food options will only include vegetarian and vegan dishes.

We will book approx. 10 restaurants that mainly serve high-quality street food, but we’re also always open for new ideas!

To apply, please send an application via email to Johannes Kinnunen (johannes@fullsteam.fi) including the following:

• name of the restaurant
• brief introduction about your restaurant
• examples of your dishes
• if possible, pictures of your dishes and/or your restaurant at a festival or similar event

We especially appreciate the ability to prepare high-quality and homogenous dishes hygienically through a festival weekend, and to serve our customers with joy. We also value the use of local and organic ingredients, interesting brands and visual displays, and the way your products supplement our food selection.
