Morroccan vegan street kitchen Casa Moro is a combination of flavors, feeling and memory factors – the Casa Moro team present the cuisine of Marrakech and Casablanca in the memory of their moms, aunts, grandmoms and street vendors. The use of both local ingredients and Marrakech spices create anunique twist they call Marocnavian Effect.
